    HI-
    There are some known issues that can cause a greyed out window.
    1- Its not a RAW file-
    2- you are working off an expired version of the trial software.
    check and see if the version you are working on is indicating its activated.
    under the Capture One title bar and under license activation.
    if these things check out- then you will need to create a support case at
    our www.phaseone.com website, navigate to support for more trouble-shooting
