10.2 keeps crashing

Like clockwork, every other time I start a new session capture one crashes. It did it on 10.1 and now with the new upgrade it still does it. My MacBook Pro has nothing on it except the apple software it came with, capture one and Photoshop. It's strictly my work computer. I tether a canon 5D MKIV to it and running the latest 10.12 Sierra.
