Capture One Express (Sony)

I'm a newbie user of Capture One Express (Sony).

When I use the online-help function I get a lot of things to see that I can't find in the version I use. It looks to me that the online help is mainly based for the Pro versions. Am I correct with that assumption?
Is there a manual for the Express-version or do I have to find the working options myself?

  I don't know about a specific manual, but there's a comparison chart somewhere. It will show you what the missing features are.
