Import files are grayed out - can't import

When trying to import images the files are grayed out and they don't show up when their parent folder is selected to import. Files are full-size raws on both SD and CF cards that have been freshly reformatted in a Nikon D810. Any suggestions?

    Seems to be just with raw files. I can see and import jpegs and tiffs but not raws. I tried both Large and Small size raws at 12-bit. No luck.

    Needed to update to version 8.
