Problem with Process Recipe menu

Hallo!
I just installing CO 5.0.1 trial version and find one problem
There are no "File icon" check box in a "PROCESS RECIPE"...like this: http://lh4.ggpht.com/_PfVX5JvtfFM/Sz9zfprmICI/AAAAAAAAJTY/Qr_tF823BqE/captureone.jpg
and all of TIFF files have 2 pages, file and preview, but I need to make TIFF without preview
Am I did something wrong? How can I fix it?

  Screen image looks fine to me. I do not understand the file icon issue and the 2 pages issue.

  Skier,
  If you are referring to the "Create Thumbnail on Save" this option is only available in the Mac OS.
