Activation profile is incorrect
Upgraded last week, entered new license code, getting msg that Activation Profile is incorrect.
No idea what that means. Can anyone assist?

have you already contacted the support team and created a ticket?
That would be my first stop with licence or activation issues.

I have, but with prior experience of any technical support, user forums are normally much more helpful/useful/quicker.
My profile certainly worked when they accepted my payment....0 -

In this case, a support ticket is your best course of action. What you could do in the mean time is login to the Phase One site and look at License Management.0
