Images won't process
I've completed my adjustments and when I choose "process", the files are outputting at between 10-200kb (TIFF files), no idea why...they're set for full resolution.

Double check if the correct output recipe is active? 0 -
Try this:
- delete the batch history
- create a new process recipe ("Tiff CO7" for example)
and try again.
I have seen more reports on this here.0 -
Paul,
I'm trying to export a single image, not batch. Where would I find the history to delete? Thanks!

even single images are handle as a batch (just a small one đ )there is a "tool tab" called "batch" which has a sub tab "history". you can select histories there and review or delete them.
FYI - I thought this was happening to me the other day but it turns out that the images were being put in a place that was not where I had specified. So I searched my drive and found them. Deleted the recipe and made a new one and all was well.0 -
Thanks! Tried that, same problem though âšī¸ 0 -
Same problem for me. C1 7 randomly skips images in a batch job, and reports that they cannot be processed.
However, individually, they all process đ . This affects roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of files submitted, at random, seemingly, and it happens whether or not OpenCL is on or not. I have lots of RAM, and an Nvidia GTX680 card with the most recent driver (C1 v7 wouldn't even open without that) so that's not the issue.
Anyone have any suggestions?0 -
Adding the Batch tool (View/Add Tool to Output Tab/Batch) solved this problem for me... C1 7.0.1 0 -

Hmm, didn't realise that this seems to be an ongoing problem đ
Have just updated/upgraded to 7.1.2. In looking to process a bunch of images, did my usual hold down the Ctrl key and selected the RAW (CR2) files I want to process - as in converting them to 8-bit TIFFs. After making the selection, hit the Process button and, up until now, this has usually worked - as in processing the selected batch of images. With 7.1.2 this no longer seems to be the case - only the first image in the selection goes through.
I've followed up on some of the suggestions offered here - as in clearing history. Nothing seems to clear this issue.
The question being asked here is this, is anyone else here experiencing the same issue?
I'm using 7.1.2 on a Wintel machine using Win 7 Pro 64-bit.0 -
