Upgrading to 4
I bought Capture One LE 3.7.1 and I was using a Canon 20D. I then bought a Canon 30D and I think I had to upgrade to 3.7.7 or 3.7.8 in order to download the Canon 30D RAW images.
My computer then collapsed in a big way and Win XP Pro had to be reloaded and I could only upload C1 LE 3.7.1 which doesn't work with my 30D. I searched for 3.7.8 but couldn't find it. I gather that I should have a free upgrade to the 4 version but how do I do it? My email has also changed! I have been computered.

You can upDATE your CO 3.7.x LE to the latest 3.7.7 LE for free. This will support your Canon 30D.
I assume you can upGRADE to CO 4.x for free as well, but you can check yourself by logging in to the Phase One web site (using your former email address) and go to License Management. Change your mail address at the same time and check your activations. You might run out on activations in case you switch to CO 4 since you had to re-install your computer and activate LE again. Deactivate from the web site and nothing can stop you anymore...0
