Retrieving Output Summary screen

In the Output window of 4.8.3 I closed the Output Summary screen using Close Tool. (This is not the same as collapsing the screen). Now I cannot get the Output Summary screen to open again. I've tried deleting and re-installing the software and deleting Capture One files from Library/Application Support. Nothing has worked to restore the Output Summary screen. Does anyone know how to get that screen back?

    Try restore defaults.

    Thank you for the reply, PhotoMonk. Unfortunately, the preferences window did not have a restore default selection that would bring back the Output Summary screen. I did eventually get it back, but it took some hunting deeper into the Library folder than I usually care to dig. The short version is I had to add it back to an XML file that controls what is displayed. Once I figured-out that the Output Summary screen is identified as Process I now have my missing (missing due to my fooling around) Output Summary screen once again.
