Phase One Workflow.csf -- how to use it?

I'm trying to figure out what the file Phase One Workflow.csf is for. It looks like a color profile, but I typically convert RAW files into TIFFs with ProRGB, and the convert to the specific profile for my printer when printing, which I thought was fairly typical. If so, then what's Phase One Workflow.csf for? I searched all over this forum but couldn't find any mention of it.

This is used in Photoshop for color management.

How is it installed, and how is it used? In proofing or color preferences. No information is provided with the upgrade.
