Copy settings from one image to another missing functions...
In 3.7.7 you could specify your copy parameters. You could copy individually or any combination of sharpening, white balance, exposure, crop etc. Now you must copy the whole recipe. This sucks. This is just going to create MORE work for me now.

Read the manual!!!!!!!!!!
You can specify what you want to copy with the "Adjustments" Palette
Copy the Adjustments
select the one you want to apply
and apply it to your other Pictures0 -
Bernhard, what are you talking about? Yes, I know you can copy the entire settings package from different pictures and save them in the adjustments clipboard. Where do you see that and can save: 1)White balance (I know I can do this in the white balance tab) 2)Exposure with subcomponents a) Film b) EC c) CC d) Curve e) Levels f) Color Saturation 3)Focus with subcomponents a) Sharpening parameters b) Noise parameters 4) Crop . I can apply any of the above separately or together in any combination and apply them to any images in V3 (Key words: separately, or in any combination). Are you telling me that V4 does this? I don't think so. Do you know what that little icon with the 3 overlayed blue squares is that I am reffering to from V3? Why would I want to save settings to a pallete anyway when I can just click a drop-down icon and fill in the checkmarks??? JUST FINISH 3.7.8 and I will shut up. 0 -

I would love to read the manual. Can you tell me where I can find it?
Don't tell me go to the Help Screen as that only locks up my entire system when I try to use it! There was nothing for C4 under the Documentation section of the web. Any help would be appreciated.0 -

OK, now I'm really embarrassed. I can't find the darn C4 folder in my Program Files. I know it's there because I see the C4 istallation icon that was extracted from the download. Did they rename the folder to some wierd name or something? I have now looked three times, and even had my wife look (she's says I can't anything that's in front of my face!), but she can't see it either! I know I didn't delete (I don't delete anything in my Program Files). I wonder if i can download another version of C4 as a "trial" and get the manual from it? Can anyone actually tell what the folder name is?
Puzzled and embarrassed. 🤭 ❓
Its under the name of Phase one ( i believe it always has been, at least through version 3). If you hover your mouse over the short cut it will give you the folder name. If you had the beta still installed it might be in that folder within the Po folder.

Thanks Dave, my wife found it about the same time you responded. I tried to delete my previous post (didn't want everybody to know how dumb I was), but you beat me to the punch! 0 -
