C1 8 always opening last opened session

Hi,

When I open a C1 session form the finder and C1 starts, it always opens not only the session I chose, but also the session that was used when I last worked with C1 (even though I quit C1 in the meantime).
I tried to uncheck "Catalog and Session - Open in a new Window" in preferences, but to no avail. Is there a way to change this unwanted behaviour?

    I can not copy this behaviour in CO 8.1. Check you are up to date and check the setting you mentioned again after you opened a session or catalog from Finder.

    If the issue persists contact support.
