Hierarchical Keywords inaccessible

The hierarchical keywords section heading is visible in the organize panel but there is no button for adding anything.

Shortly after installing Media Pro Drive Genius started displaying a corrupted file alert for the carbonstuff prefs file/ I am guessing that there is a connection. I can't find this file, either visible or invisible, user or root.

    Does this issue still occur on your computer? Please add a screenshot.
    If it still occurs please try deleting your preference files and the Saved Application State for Media Pro. You can find it at:
    ~/Library/Preferences and ~/Library/Saved Application State.
    Then delete the files or folders called com.phaseone.mediapro...

    Let me know if that resolves the issue.
