C1/LR presets

Hi - I've never had Lightroom - just a brief trial & I remembered the presets looking better than C1 styles. Any thoughts about that in your experience? If so, I''m thinking of getting LR for the round trip since C1 now supports PSD files.

On a related note, when I do a round trip to Google Nik in TIFF format, they don't seem quite as good in quality when then return to C1. Are PSD & TIFF both the same quality? Thanks!
