helper applications

The helper menu is causing C1 to crash on startup. It seems to be opening another version of Capture 1, or at least it thinks it is. So I remove the Capture one from the helper menu - there are two of them - close Media One and restart it, the Capture One items reappear. So I try again. They reappear again. What gives?

    I know Phase Monitors these forums. Do you have any advice? Shall I just open a support case?

    Maybe they are monitoring but in my experience the response is very random.
    A support call is better indeed.
