Images Purple on Import (not a colour cast), but Purple.
Hi All,
I am just running through a trial period with C1 but will be signing up for a full licence as soon as the trial expires.
In my testing of C1 I have come across a very strange occurrence that I can not work out.
When I import some of my images in to C1 from my HD, they import is purple in tone. I do not mean there is a slight purple colour cast which can be adjust via white balance, I mean the whole image is purple. The base image is there, but it is as if a piece of purple gel paper is over the image. This doesn't happen to all images, just some of them. I have no idea what is happening.
Of, for info, they come out of a X-Pro1 or X100s.
Thanks for any assistance you can give me.
Matt

Same here.
Did you resolve this?
It's so frustrating.0 -
Please create a support case and provide a file.
The issue could simply be a Proxy file that needs to be regenerated or an ICC profile that is improperly applied.0 -
I have just done so. Thank you for a prompt reply! 0 -
Did you find a solution, please? I have probably the same in my images. 0 -
On the x100s I have no problems. it may be your system. 0
