Parameter is incorrect error, version 3.7

I just donwloaded and installed 3.7 SE. I had 3.5.2 SE and the main reason I upgraded was 3.5.2 kept crashing. I had C++ visual basic errors runtime errors or some other darn thing.

Anyway, so I updated to 3.7 and now I can't apply exposure changes to many images at once??? I am getting the parameter incorrect error.

I searched and found 3 posts on this, none gave a solution. One told the guy to try the stuff here: http://support.phaseone.com/KB/Home/Sea ... nguageID=1

Which he said didn't work.

I guess I will try that stuff, but what a PITA.

Any other ideas about this? I just used C1 SE 3.5.2 to process an event about a month ago. I haven't used it since. Now I try to use it and got that runtime error, so I upgraded, only to have more errors.

I have deadlines and this is very frustrating for software that cost $299.

If it matters, I have an Athlon 64 3200+, 1 gig of ram, over 100 gigs of free HD space, Asus Mobo, etc.

  I just went through the process of article 1665 as in the link above. And still I get the parameter incorrect error.
  
  C1 DB (or SE?? what happened why the name change?) ver. 3.7
  
  Come on guys! This is frustrating, where is my help?!?
  
  I have to process this event in the next day, guess I will try reinstalling ver. 3.5.2

  Well now I am not getting the parameter error anymore. Very weird how it seems to have fixed itself.
  
  Ver 3.5.2 no longer works, even after a clean sweep and fresh install, same runtime error.
  
  All I gotta say is this 3.7 better work, my wife told me to get a refund, I tried to explain that there are no refunds, you just have to hope the people fix the bugs.

  I think I am gonna scream! Now I just got the incorrect pramater error again! Right inthe middle of a session where it was working just a minute ago.
  
  I can no longer apply settings from one capture to another one or another set of images!
  
  This SUX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬
