"Lost" an image - v7

Hi,

I hit delete by mistake and I can't find the image. I'm using v7 and catalog. The image is not in the trash collection. If I try to re-import it, I get the message that the image it's already in the catalog. The question is where?

    this is a hoooooorible problem I am having too. Only I haven't deleted the image within the catalog, only moved it from one source to another. The enclosing folder disappears! For example, I have a catalog on one drive, then later move the source to a "working" drive. Then if I try to find the file via looking for the folder in the library mode, the folder is gone. But if I search for the file, it is there, but I can't show it in the library. Problem is, there are thousands of files, so it is a major waste of time to have to do this for EVERY file...

    I agree with another poster who said that they feel like PhaseOne is releasing beta software, and letting us test it. This version should not have been released for a long while....
