What is the latest version?

Hi,

I'm on a PC and am confused.
I downloaded the latest version a number of weeks ago and it was called V1.1. When I run the mouse over the exe file it says V1.0.2.0 and is 76.5mb

Now it appears there is a V1.2 I have just downloaded it but it also says V1.0.2.0 but is 77.2mb

Is this a new version?
