Yes. I too have this problem, except both viewers go to the right screen.

Same here, except it's happened since I installed Lion.

not really adding to a solution, but that happens too to my setup, annoying, but still workable.

Yup, I have the same problem. I also find that after working for a while, when I attempt to switch working from one window/monitor to another (browser to viewer and vice versa), simply moving the cursor fails to pick up on the pick up that change, and I have to reselect Capture One from the dock or sometimes relaunch. I also often have difficulty switching between tools in the toolbar...

    I trashed from User/Library:
    com.phaseone.captureone (Cache.db - com.apple.opencl)
    com.phaseone.captureone.log
    com.phaseone.captureone.LSSharedFileList.plist
    com.phaseone.captureone.LSSharedFileList.plist.lockfile
    com.phaseone.captureone.plist
    com.phaseone.captureone.plist.lockfile
    com.phaseone.captureone.savedState

The same happens but instead of going to the left (main monitor) they go to the right…

Turning Opencl to never don't change the behavior
When I save a new workspace, the main windows goes to cover the other one

Then I have completely uninstall C1 (as described in knowledge base) including unregistering.
Downloaded new C1 (6.3.3) and reinstall, register.

    Problem still there…

I have created a support case to Phase… will see !

It's always a good idea to submit our "troubles" to Phase… : )
After having created a support case yesterday, we had some exchanges and tests that conducted to my findings :
Having both windows/monitors as suited :
    - when I quit C1 with the main window active, relaunch is correct for both windows.
    - when I quit C1 With the secondary window active, when relaunch it goes in right place then quickly shift over the main window. Then If I click on the green (upper left) dot the window goes back to its "normal" place.

To what the support team answered:
I will send your report to test to check in addition - hopefully we can have a fix for the next release.
Thanks for the information and patience as always.

So, for me at least, until a fix is provided, the problem is solved if I quit C1 with the main window active…

    Hope it helps!

6.4.1, still no fix with dual screen.
What's been going on since August 2011? Can't be that difficult to fix?
