    Hi,

This is not a software support team.
I suggest you put a case at the Phase One staff:
    https://www.phaseone.com/en/SupportMain.aspx

    with your logs......
    Cheers,
    Robert

thank you,, I have contacted them..

in v10 I could map up my qnap folder and it was easy to access in v11 I have to go to a bunch of folders.

It looks to me from you screen grab that all folder under SMB have a warning symbol - hints that there is an issue with COP 11 finding SMB.

But in any case I rarely upgrade software when the version is xxxx.0 - let other customers find the problems, I wait until xxx.1 or xxx.2

I usually upgrade OSX around March, which is usually the xxx.3 version.

If I was you I would go back to COP10 for a while. (I am waiting until at least the first COP 11 bug fix release, while keeping an eye on the bug reports on the forum)

Try right-clicking the Library Tool and selecting "Hide Folder Hierarchy". Then the Library Tool will only show the folders containing images (or folders that you explicitly added using the + button).

If you navigate to your "SMB" folder in Finder, are the folders with the "Missing folder" exclamation mark in Capture One listed there? Are the images in the folders offline or online?
