Hotkeys for Multi View / Primary view do not work

I'm using 2 monitors, so my primary window have browser and toolbar only, and another window opened on primary monitor via "show viewer" feature.

This window have buttons "multiply view / primary view", but this modes do not changes, when im using binded keys. This buttons changes view only in standart window.

Looks likes problem only in standalone Viewer Window.

    I have the same problem since version 20.0, so I opened a support case, but they said the problem can't be reproduced.

    This is a pity, because I use a tangent device for a smooth workflow and have to use the mouse every time to switch to multi view or single view.
