Can't process files
Now after I figured out the lagging problem that I had with color readouts. I can't process files now. I tried new session, did not work. When importing from disk real slow and no previews in the browser. Maybe something to do with sharing sessions with 6.4 and 7.1. So I tried new session, everything seems slow and still can't process any files. I went back to 6.4. I did use the trial for a couple of hrs with no problems. I should have went with my instincts, but I read many reviews about image quality being better. Very disappointing!

If you can provide details, we'll be happy to help but for the fastest resolution to your issue definitely create a support case with the Phase crew - they're very good at what they do and generally respond quickly.

Processing files working now! I went to default workspace and its working now? Does a anyone know why that could of happened? 😕 0 -

Likely due to the absence of the "Batch" tool. Without this queue there is no reference location for images to process.0 -
