Corrupted files wih MacPro intel "HELP"

I get corrupted files shooting with CF cards;( When I click on the he raw file with capture one; the preview gives me a

Tiff ?

Support told m that I should updated my firmware, that could cause the problem.
My version of firmware is 2.0.4
But I own a Macbook Pro & Mac Pro Intel, and updates ae not supported.
How can I resolve this problem?. Did anybody already deal with tis issue??

  Hello
  
  You will need to provide some information on what camera you are using, if this is a Phase One camera back then you should post in the P or H forum depending on which back you are using, if it is a 35mm DSLR camera then which camera are you using.

  I'm using a Phasene 30 I just updated the firmware, I will try with that, though I f you have any other sugestion?
