    Hi Max,

    This is the user to user forum, so while you might get a lot of "me too", it doesn't really have the same impact as starting a dialog with support. This way it is logged properly and escalated to the right people for review. While some of the staff are on here to moderate and help where possible, it is easy to miss a thread here and there when we are busy firefighting elsewhere.
