Import window when card inserted
How do I switch it off?

I'm using the LE version, and I'd like an answer to that one too.
Reverting to earlier versions of C1 4.x.x doesn't help.0 -
I am afraid this feature request has not been implemented yet: how to prevent CO4/Mac - when started - from opening the import windows when a card with images is connected. 0 -
Found this while creating another support case - it describes how to control which program (if any) starts when you insert a card reader - worked on my end - hope it works on yours

Thanks Dave, for your reply. I understand that part.
Regarding the import function, there are two levels to control.
First is what you descirbed: whether CO4 (or any other application) auto-starts when a memory card is inserted/connected to the computer. You can control that with Image Capture program. It is CO4 who starts the image import window.
Second, if CO4 is already running, can I control whether or not the image import window opens when a card is connected? Currently not. This is the type of control I am aiming at.0 -
You are not alone, because the application freezes and a force quit is necessary, at least for me. 0 -

Good point Paul.
Would it help to submit a formal "feature request" ? (or have you already done that?)
It would be nice to hear from PhaseOne as to whether or not such a feature could be included.0 -

It's on my list now. I collect them and will pass them on in a support case later. That does not stop others from doing the same 😉0 -

Done - if LR can do it, PhaseOne can 😄0 -
