"black" capture/preview H25 on new iMac

I get a black capture using H25.
The raw file does exist and still is black when the same file is loaded on another computer.
Capture One v. 5.1.2
Back and software work perfect on new MacBook Pro and new G5
Any ideas? Firmware is up to date.

    Did you figure this out?

    My H25 is producing all black captures. I've tried many versions of capture one. Running Mac OS 10.13.6
