IIQ not processing to correct size Tiff
Hi all,
I have been using Capture One 7 offsite from laptop to shoot then bringing back the whole session to office to process IIQ(raw) to 16 bits Tiff.
This has been working just fine till CaptureOne 6. Since I have updated to 7, it hasn't been processing at office.
Well it seems like it is processing with the process progress bar is moving (but very very quickly), but the output image is corrupted and don't open anywhere, it says it's a tif file in file property tho. But the image size is 219kb (!), it should be around over 300mb, and won't open...!! No error message on CaptureOne either.
Now I have updated to 8 and it's doing the same thing......! Very annoyed. 🤬
I have discovered that using 'import' images and it process fine.
But I didn't have to import anything previously, just the whole session(which all the folders) copied to the other machine, open the session file, edit then process.
What am I missing here....? 😭

Update....
'Importing' worked when I was posting the topic. Now it's not working either......!! Keep getting 219 kb un-openable 'tif'!!0
