Tethered shooting Fuji X-T3 to Windows 10? GPU for C1?

Hi!

I'm planning purchasing a "HP ZBook 15" for work and wonder if this can be used for tethered shooting with the Fuji X-T3 to Capture One 12? I am using a Macbook Pro today and the Fuji XT3 can shoot tethered to C1 on the Mac.. So just wanted to make sure this works on the PC as well?

Also, any recommendations of suited GPU's for Windows and Capture One 12? This laptop has a Quadro P2000.
