How to disable automatic program launch with card reader?

I am running C1 5.1.2. Any time I plug a card reader or my iPhone into my Mac, C1 automatically launches. I have already unchecked "Open importer when mounting removable media" in General Preferences, but this has had no effect. How do I stop the program from automatically launching?

It is a preference setting in the Image Capture program. You can do a search on 'iphone' in this forum as well to find more details. There is a difference between Leopard and Snow Leopard in how to configure Image Capture.

Hah! How easy, but I would never have thought of it. I opened the Image Capture program, hooked up my iPhone, then changed "Connectingh this iPhone open:" from Capture One to No application.
