change exposure via keyboard shortcuts not working
Hi trying to get faster on c1 but the keyboard shortcuts from the help menu are not working for me as well as the capture integration download. I don't see a folder in the app support called keyboard shortcuts
RECAP: can't get shortcuts to work
1. control command + is not increasing exposure.
2. capture integration keyboard shortcuts also not working and no folder called keyboard shortcuts.
c1 pro 10.2 osx 10.11.6 Thanks DF

Hey DF,
Most keyboards (may be all keyboards I'm not sure) to get + you need to press shift and the plus/equal key. Capture sees that as a combo of key presses rather than a single key. Quick fix is the duplicate the default set and then change that shortcut to cammand/control/=.
Also the KeyboardShortcuts folder doesnt exist until you create or duplicate and shortcut set. Once you create one then you can install the CI shortcut set.0 -
I have the same shortcut problem. in 10.0.2 it works fine like in 9.3 and before.
but with 10.2.0 and 10.2.1 some of the shortcuts didn't work.
for example (command) + (shift) + (minus) don not decrease the TINT like the other versions before.
👿
now its not usable – I don't like to fight with the mouse!
on mbp 13", osx 10.12.60
