Stacking images in Capture One
Hi,
I've just switched from Lightroom Classic to Capture One Pro (Fuji full version) and am loving it so far.
One thing I can't figure out though is how to group images into stacks like in Lightroom. I take sequences of images with my Fuji X-T2 and focus stack them using Helicon Focus (via the Capture One plugin). Lightroom stacks help to identify which images belong together in a particular sequence. Is there a way I can do the equivalent in Capture One? I'm not sure if variants help or not.

Since its a Helicon Plugin for Capture One, I'd contact Helicon and ask them.
Ive never used plugins for capture one, so IDK.0 -
Sorry, I put my question badly - getting ready for processing in Helicon was just an example of why I group sequences of images together. In Lightroom this is done by grouping the images into stacks, but as far as I can see there is no equivalent in Capture One. 0 -
There isn't a stacking feature in Capture One. Variants don't really help. They involve variants of the same image, not of different shots. You can stack or unstack variants of the same image, but not of different images.

Thanks Ian. I'll experiment with using colour tags to mark the beginning and end of a sequence. 0
