PhaseOne.com Not Allowing CO5 software registration
In an effort to make sure my CO5 is registered so I can properly create a Support Ticket, I ask that PhaseOne.com list their software (under "Register your Phase One products") and not limit the selection to merely BACK, CAMERA and LENS.
It currently lists me as having no registered software even though I have 2 licensed pieces of software...CO4 and CO5
Without registration of my software (purchased online from PhaseOne BTW) I cannot create a support ticket.
And without a support ticket I cannot bring my RAW vs. TIFF issue of CS5.0.2 to the attention of PhaseOne.

P.S. When I click any "Looking for help..." links from the CREATE SUPPORT CASE page I get directed to a dead page that says "Server Error 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
