I'm a relatively new user of Capture One. I recently switched computers and had a problem activating my software on the new machine. I left a message on the website and thought that I might eventually hear something. I was very pleasantly surprised to get an answer and a solution within a couple of hours! Thanks very much for the great support. I am very happy using Capture One for my D200 files and look forward to future upgrades.
