Shortcut errors

Am I the only one that has noticed several of the shortcuts invoke the wrong panels?
Ctrl + 8 does not bring up the Metadata panel for example.

    I also observed some inconsistent behavior in the shortcuts (WINDOWS)

    There was another thread mentioning this, but I think it's been pushed off the front page by now.

    Basically the Composition tool isn't really there, but it has a button and a shortcut key. It causes all the other shortcuts after it to be off by one.
