CO 8 Crashes Graphics driver..Why?

Turn on OpenCL and graphics card crashes. Version 7 didn't give me this problem.

The card I am using is:
AMD Radeon HD 5800 Series

any suggestions?

Are you using the latest GPU driver? I think it's AMD Catalyst Package 14.12.

driver 14.301.1001.0

Latest version is 14.501.1003. It probably doesn't make a difference, but worth a try in lack of other suggestions.
