Importing, images - File damage.

Some strange problem thing came up over the last weeks...

I shoot P45+, and use 4GB, SanDisk Ultra CF cards...
Perfect untill now...

But now, some times while improting those cards in to my computer, C1pro blocks..
So i try to restart the whole thing, do it again, and now all my images are damaged..

I first thought this was a problem with my DIGIback, but i've checked it over and over again, did some tests, and it works like it should!...

So i first thougt ok, my Card was broken/dammaged.. so i didn't use it any more... But NOW today yet again the same problem.. - This time with a twist..

I had, 2 "shoot's" for different clients on the same card.
Yeah i know, but i was tired and one of the 2 had only 4 to 5 images to take so that's ok..

So yesterday i just imported the 2nde shoot in its session folder, with C1pro import function..

And today i thought ok lets check those 1ste images... But suddenly, all images were damaged on the card. even those i imported yesterday...

I checked the imported files from yesterday, the are FINE, perfect phase one images;..
So i figure C1PRO messes up some where..

Any tips ?

Ju,
Capture One is a Read Only software so we do not control the transfer of the files from the CF card to the computer and we do not edit the RAW files in anyway. As such, the act of corrupting the files is not possible through Capture One software.
If you would like to create a support case and provide us a file we can take a closer look to see if there is evidence pointing us toward a cause.
