Thank you for Capture One Pro. I used Aperture for many years, even after Apple stopped its development, but at some point I had to find a replacement. That was hard!!! I tested one DAM for a month or so but it simply didn't pass the mustard. I finally discovered Capture One Pro 10 and it fits my requirements perfectly.
I'm not a professional, but I have 50,000+ images in my library. One of my requirements was that I could keep the masters inside the Photos db, and C1P allows me to do that with no problems at all. The other requirement was professional level editing (I'm not a Photoshop user), and C1P gives me that too. Powerful smart albums, keywords and tokens... all there 😄
So, again, thank you.
Now, if we could process scanned negatives... 😁
