A very common import error
Move a catalog from a usb drive to internal drive.
Attempt to import images, leaving them in place. Because of the serious C1 flaw that catalog folder links are ABSOLUTE, instead of relative, even though the catalog and its folders are clearly on the local drive--indeed, I had to select them from the input dialog box AND I had ejected the usb drive--it will be necessary to re-LOCATE the top-level folder. But, now the images won't even import with this error:
