No there was a supposed to be a 5.x 60d release that I purchased not long ago. I will not continue to support Phaseone if they cannot update there software or at least give there customers a special offer for owners within 6 months.

I feel like I was strung along. I hear there will be a 60d update but there is none. I waited 2 months and now have to pay to get the 60d to work with this software.

Not even a reply from Phaseone here? Is this the type of service customers receive?

SteveS, please be aware this is a user-to-user forum in the first place, moderated. For a direct response from Phase One staff, contact them directly.

I believe I said "support" would be soon, not specifically in 5. Sorry for the unfortunate timing but that is the nature of change.

I'm in the same situation right now. What i do is use Adobe DNG converter and convert my raws to DNG and then use capture one to process them. It is however an extra step in my workflow and i hope to upgrade soon.
