Perhaps it's their servers. See my post 'Deactivated!'.

No it is a different Problem

If I click on the Icon, nothing happens.

I reinstalled CP, but did not help.

May be .net Framework 4.7 is the Problem.

On my other Computer I've .net Framework 4.6.2 and there C1P runs perfect.

Maybe, but .net4.7 is part off the Windows creators update and could not be uninstalled without a windows version rollback.

I run the creators update for quite a while now, so Capture One worked with 4.7 until today!?

    SOLVED!!!

Capture One Pro does not start if MSI Afterburner is running. Seems to be incompatible.

End MSI Afterburner -> CO1 starts, start MSi Afterbuner -> CO1 does not start.

    😊 (Happy again)

I see that you found another double-slit quantum property of version 10.1.x

Got the same issue after running the Windows updates on Windows 7. It's cause by .Net 4.7,.

    1. Go in the Windows' application panel and remove totally .net 4.7
    2. Reinstall CaptureOne (it will install .Net 4.6.2)

    Microsoft...

    Have a nice day

    Hello,

I need your help. This morning Capture One pro Sony does suddenly not start.
I get no Start window, no error message - nothing!

Has anyone an idea what can cause this Problem?

I'm on the latest Version: V10.1.2

    Thank you for your Help!

I also did a rollback, so that I've got .net 4.6.2

    This solved the issue.

I had the same issue after Capture One crashed and tried to send the crash report, which triggered my Avast! AV to block access. After that Capture One could not be started anymore - like you described without any visible reaction (except for Capture One process showing up in Task Manager). It worked again after completely uninstalling and reinstalling Capture One. For some AV programs it has been previously recommended to create an exception for Capture One or at least its crash reporter.
    Best,
    Jochen
