Fuji X-M1 files not opening correctly in Capture One SOLVED
In a session with about 20 X-T1 files in it and a couple of D800 files
Tried to import a few X-M1 files.
They opened, but only thumbnail resolution. When viewed the large image was just and enlarged thumbnail, or at least that is what they looked like.
Tried a few times. Same problem.
To see if it was a problem with the files I downloaded a few test shot X-M1 files. Same problem, but random.
Opened badly at first but then got one to open.
This was on a Mac Book Pro Retina. (open CL is already off)
Files opened fine on same machine in other software.
Made a new session just for the X-M1 files. Same problem, but after a few attempts they opened OK
Imported X-T1 files.
Saved and closed.
When I started up again X-M1 files opened as thumbnails again.
has anyone else had thi kind of behavior with multiple file types in Capture One in a session??
UPDATE:
Did this again starting from the Session with just the X-T1 files in it.
I emptied the session trash, regenerated the previews. Loaded the x-m1 files
and they opened OK. Just the reds are off. Switched the profile to X-t1 for the X-M1 files and the reds were better.

Fred,
We'd certainly be interested in a Support Case from you with;
- Screenshot of the conflict
- RAW file
- System Profile and Capture One logs0 -

Sorry can't. No model release.
I can send you a link to one of the test images that I downloaded that did not load correctly several times.0 -
Sorry Fred... no error on this end.
Create a Support case and give us the Logs, we'll take a look at your setup.

I had no error like you when loading into an empty project.
One thing I did not mention is that it was an older session most likely made on 7.2.2 or earlier opened in 7.2.3 and with X-t1 files already in it.
Bit of a freak case... Old session, new cameras, new Capture One update.0 -
Yet we'd welcome a support case. You can provide us with the Session, Log Files, System Profile and we'd be happy to take a look. 0
