Some browser thumbnails have a small cog/gear symbol ...
Hi,
I'm fairly new to C1 and have found that a few of my browser thumbnails have a small cog/gear symbol in the top centre of the thumbnail image.
Not all images, sometimes a few of them in a sequence.
I also appear to have a problem with Exporting at the moment and the symbol for Export is a cog/gear?
Any ideas how to clear this symbol please.
Thank you.
Chris

The symbol indicates that the image has been "Processed" to some sort of output file.
In my experience this normally works when processing but sometimes no symbol appears.
What eventually causes it to disappear, as it eventually will, I have no idea.
It might be interesting to create a Support case and ask the question.

I don't think that the gear wheel symbol ever disappears by itself (or it shouldn't). This morning I've been revisiting a session from 5 years ago and images that I had processed back then still had them. But you can clear them if you want by going to Adjustments > Process History > Clear from Selected.

Hi Ian,
Yes I have old stuff that is still marked up as processed .... but then I have seen sessions where the icon does not appear on first processing and sessions where I know I have processed to output, have not cleared anything from the session specifically, and yet the icons can no longer be seen.
To be honest I'm not worried about it at all. Absent a complete log of images processed with dates and target locations used I don't see the facility as a long term record of anything. It is, however, useful when selecting and processing somewhat randomly.
