Registration/Activation---NOT
I uninstalled C1SE from my C: drive because it was tull. I originally registered 3.5 and then updated to 3.6. I don't think I had to reactivate at that time. I found my downloaded 3.6 and installed it on a different hard drive. It is now a trial version.
I found my 24 digit activation key for SE3.5 and entered it on line. PhaseOne says it is invalid.
I have done a problem ticket at PhaseOne, but I don't know how long it will be before they get back to me.
Any ideas?

To answer my own question, PhaseOne responded to my tech ticket very quickly and gave me the correct number to use.

As you've discovered, Creating a Support Case from the web site is the place to go for answers or problem resolution for issues that are a bit more urgent than a Forum post. Our Support Logging System is monitored no less than 17hours / day M - F and occasionally on Weekends or Holidays. Cases are picked up by US or DK Support rather quickly and are not closed until resolved.
The Forum is a good location for a more casual input from a variety of Users and Phase One staff.
