PhaseOne LE Win 3.6 Freezing on Update

When I check for an update, PhaseOne LE Windows 3.6 freezes, and is totally unresponsive. It won't even redraw its window. I completely uninstalled, deleted the directory, re-downloaded, and installed again, and had the same behavior. I have to kill it with Task Manager. I disabled ZoneAlarm just to be sure it wasn't dying because it was blocked from getting to the network.

For clarification, this is with the Help->Check for Updates... dialog, and I select Check for Updates Now and click OK.

Having just purchased an LE license, I will be upset if I cannot update it.

Hardware is AMD Athlon64 3000+

    Please try cleaning your computer totally (at least for Phase one stuff 😊 )



    And then reinstall it.
