OPAL PLADE ?

I recently upgraded to CO4 Pro from LE and am interested in trying to create a Lens Cast Correction profile as outlined on page 86 of the Users Guide. I do not know what an OPAL PLADE is though. From a photo in the Users Guide it appears to be similar to a gray card. Could a gray card be used? I searched Google for OPAL PLADE but did not receive any relevant results.

    Think of it like a neutral white transparent lens hood. You make one picture with the hood and it becomes the lens cast correction image. That image it combined with the normal image. Works great with lens adjustments (shift,tilt). Support in Capture One is for Phase One backs only IIRC.
