Images getting stuck in the pipe

Anybody experience files getting stuck in the pipe so to speak when tethered to C1. The orange ring around the shutter button stays lit and nothing comes thru. Is this a cable issue, camera port issue, both ? You then have to reset camera power and typically restart the session. Sometimes the files show up after restart, other times they dont.

Any help is appreciated !

    Usually, this is indicative of a hardware failure/disconnect; could be cables or ports.
