Sloooow Shutdown

Anyone have any solutions to a real slow closing of C1? It takes over 15 minutes for me to get C1 closed down. The last job I did was 279 photos and I am going on 16 minutes since I asked the program to shut down. I turned off Save on exit and even shut down my anti virus software with no help.

I am running on an AMD 64 bit 3 GHZ machine with 1.5 GH Ram so it is not an old slow computer.

Check File ->Preferences -> Preview Cache.
If they are set to X amount of days and you have a very large cache then this might take some time. Also if you have your cache on a network it will take much longer.

That looks like it was it. I had it set to 8 days, guess that is too long. Thanks
