The licence code could not be verified by the server
Unable to use Capture One since update to OSX 10.10.4 this morning. Anybody else experiencing this before I place a support call?

On the Mac having C1 on it, have you a working internet connection ? After upgrading to 10.10.4 I run into the same kind of problem and internet wasn't working .. culprit was a outbound firewall (little snitch, tcpblock and such) which was blocking the new dns responder. Check also your network configuration. IMO it looks more like a mac problem than C1. 0 -
Thanks for your feedback. I have been asked by support to deactivate the software from within the app but the option is greyed out. I suggested I deactivate it from the website instead and I'm still awaiting a response. Internet access is fine, I have no other problems with any other software or functionality. Only change has been a recent upgrade to OS X 10.10.4. I temporarily disable the firewall and this has made no difference. 0 -
You can rename the app and activate again. Having said that I just recollect that the first and most important thing you have to do after an OS X update is a repair permissions from Disk Utility. I would not believe how many and odd issues were solved by this maintenance trick! 0
