Cap One 6 + Nvidia GeoForce GTX 285 video card

Should I get results with OPEN CL (gpu support) with MacPro 2008 Nvidia GeoForce GTX 285 video card.
I viewed the support FAQ and I realize the 8800 series and 4800 card are supported,
is there plans to support the 285 if it is currently not supported?
The top half of the image goes wacky ? and other redraw oddities?
Is the Nvidia support based on Nvidia CUDA drivers and API . If so which version.

If I turn OFF OPEN CL , are the graphics processed entirely by GPU ?
